What is your return policy for formal wear?
Due to the delicate and high-end nature of our evening wear, we offer returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided all tags remain attached and the garment is in original condition.
How long does shipping typically take?
In-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
