Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective coverings are still attached.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.
Receive Store Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the garment, your store credit will be issued via email to use on your next dream dress.
